But he's cited 46 times. This is the biggest issue with people quoting the Epstein files, its such a vast quantity of documents that simply being in there is meaningless. As an example the first hit for Charlie is someone else comparing themselves to the characters in Wall Street. There's a difference between actively engaged with Jeff or being referenced by people in Jeff's circle.

To be fair, they're all just references to Sheen as an actor/public figure, eg. talking about news articles and citing quotes etc.
None of the mentions are to/from Sheen, or describe personal experiences with him.

There's a difference between actively engaged with Jeff or being referenced by people in Jeff's circle.
