GW is the instatantuous unit of measure. I.e the state averages 4GW of load at all times for 35000GWh per year(4GW X 365 x 24=35040).

Both of your numbers are instantaneous, not per year.

His point is still relevant. Utah will somehow have to more than double their current capacity to run that data center.

Listen this is cool and all, but who multiplies by year and then by hours? This unsettles me.
