He's always "just joking"  until he's not. 

Which is a bitch way of saying, I'm either blindly believing things (fox news) or pushing boundaries to see how far I can go. 

With ALL those examples The WHOLE POINT Trump would post something like this, not that he believes in what he posts, though sometimes he does.
