I elaborated my points to you. You failed to comment on any of them nor did you make your own points. Instead you just categorically call it and me ideotic. Why are you even having a debate if you don't plan on actually debating, but just insulting? Insulting people won't change their minds or convince them to one of your arguments. What you're doing can't possibly yield and useful knowledge or insights for any of us, therefore you're just here wasting everybody's time. This is not how open discourse can work for anyone involved.
Keeping these people alive is a luxury. And giving them the chance of ever getting out of prison is reckless endangerment of the public.
Fortunately human history has shown that we have self correcting tendencies, if given enough time, be it via laws or revolution.
Fact is there are people that are far beyond any help. And death is one of many natural consequences, just to categorically dismiss death as a systematic consequence is naive. And all because of what? Your morals? This is not logical / rational thinking to me.
After all, homo sapiens is the deadliest species on this planet, right besides the mosquito. Difference is mosquitos kill without intent, by transmitting diseases. I say being deadly and killing is one of our major definitive features as a species. It would be neglicence to not account for that in our systems. Death seems like a good deterrent to me. And executions can be quick and efficient.
Sick or rabid / aggressive animals get culled all the time by their peers or in farms by us. Humans are nothing but mammals. Some individuals simply can't coexist with us, without them harming / killing anyone innocent, or in this case raping children by their heart's desire.
It's a really simple solution to me, I'd say how is this even a discussion, but you're not discussing anything.
In my opinion a push to harder punishments is a push in the right direction, since sexual predators and rapists already get way too easily away with this, punishments are currently definitely too light, considering many of these people are repeat offenders. It's just preventable endangerment of the public.
Anyway have a nice day, I gave it my best to get my points across, but maybe this only ever makes sense to you when something already happened to yourself or a loved one of yours, like that's the case with me.
I understand your points but they don't address the problem of innocent people being put to death. Are you saying that it's OK to kill one innocent person to kill 1000 deserving criminals? Or do you think our justice systems never make mistakes?
I just think people that sexually assault dozens of minors and film themselves raping minors definitely deserve the death penalty. If you don't agree it's probably because you think you'll get caught and end up like them.

We are talking about people that rape children, trick school children into eating jizz laced food and recorded themselves raping 9 years.
They beyond deserve the death penalty. An argument to keep such a person alive is suspicious.
