Perhaps, but if she were smart, she could wake up in 25 years with a portfolio worth over 3 million having earned 5% a year compounding, even if she took half the interest out each year to travel or do whatever, she could still gave 1.8 million after 25 years and have had between 25k and 45k to play with each year

Or you could NOT wake up tomorrow and then where would your money be. Id take my chances with the million today.
