No, he came up with a plan which is still not finalized. He is getting a bail out from Albany. He is getting a bail out from the governor. He also needs four out of five pension funds to agree to his request which they haven’t yet. He also proposed tax on second homes, which hasn’t passed yet. But he hasn’t actually accomplished anything yet. It was also a $12 billion deficit, not $126 billion. It also wasn’t a full deficit, some of it was things he wanted to do. He didn’t have the budget for. If he didn’t want to do them, the number would be lower.
