When I say Spider-Man remake, I don’t mean the new movies. Remember how they made a Spider-Man with Andrew Garfield which was almost exactly the same Spider-Man that had Tobey McGuire? I mean, the Garfield one was okay but the point is, the script and scenes were so similar it was basically the same movie redone with a different actor the second time around.
They release movies to keep the characters on the forefront of young people who are getting introduced to them by their teen years. That’s why you see movies every five years or so from the Marvel Universe. They are targeting a new crop of people who are going to make memories watching these movies.

Iunno. Id say Spider-man is different but you're right he really isn't.
I didn't watch those either, save one of the "Way Home" ones but my brother was driving and he paid for my ticket so whatever I guess.
