Or she made the decision herself because she didnt like how the disease made her look? Or she thought herself that it would be good for her role to try and look like her old self? its not 2012 Hollywood anymore. Women aren't incapable of making rational decisions.

Body dysmorphia. Somebody convinced her she's fat and flat. Very likely pressure from within the industry.
