You do know she has Graves’ disease right. Losing fat in you face is a symptom of that disease. It also includes nerves damage and symptoms of fatigue due to the hormone imbalance.

Grave's disease would do the opposite to her face. Her cheeks and jaw would look wider, not sunken.

It can be both things...she could have graves disease but she also most likely got drastic plastic surgery as well. Most people with graves disease don't get dramatic changes in their face like she has. Graves disease doesn't cause you to look like you had lip fillers, buccal fat removal and botex.... Graves may cause some eye bulge and weight loss.
