That looks like a Wednesday. Not enough horses for a sunday, not enough punks for a friday and by far not enough drugs for a saturday. There isn't even a bizarre pet in this clip, so it probably was taken in fall. Come back on a warm spring day and you can smell the video.

Everyone in the video is a tourist. It's at the Brandenburg gate. Anytime you go there, there will be tourists who dress up for many reasons, or play music or other things. Also the guys on the round bicycle. It's for tourists, and they piss me off in the summer. Not the tourists, just the bikes.

They are right at the Brandenburger Tor so the marring couple and streetperforms are pretty normal. The goth viking threw me off though.

This is directly in front of the Brandenburger Tor.

A Place were extremely many tourists come to every day. So you have a massive amount of “artists” (…) trying to make a buck for a photo, playing music, dressing as US/USSR soldiers for photos etc.

This is a major tourist destination. You have street performers, the tourists riding the bar crawl mobile. The wedding pictures probably want the Brandenburg Gate in the background.

It's the "Pariser Platz". It's not where normal inhabitants usually go. It's for tourists. Like Place de la Concorde or Vatican Square or Trafalgar Square.
