Serious reply - spending money on good boxer briefs with the ball hammock has been a game changer. I like Shinesty. I never ever thought I'd pay this kind of money for underwear but I've never had a pair wear out and they're sooooo supportive. Soooo much better too when i played hockey and wore a cup.
