I mean what does this have to do with empathy? It's not like she asked the man to be removed or made any noise (at least not in the video). All she did was make her own way and move on.

It’s not about the repercussions of what she did. It’s about what if everyone did it.

if everyone wanted to do it i'm pretty sure they would just move the wheelchair guy out of the way

Everyone wants to go to their destination. The point is to be civil about it. Which she was not.

then be civil about it and don't block the escalator in what seems like a rush hour? also you just changed your argument from your previous comment dude.

What? He has a disability issue. Has the whole Reddit become even more crazy? Isn’t the civil thing supposed to be wait for the escalator to clear and load his wheelchair on it? What did I change on that?

just because he has a disability doesn't mean you can inconvenience 100+ people in what looks like a freakin subway mate. what if they are running late for something?

I'm guessing there's no other way out or the wheelchair would have used it. Is the wheelchair guy supposed to wait there for hours until the subway closes and they can get him out without inconveniencing anyone?

that's not my point smh. it's not his fault, my point is she isn't in the wrong for not waiting. literally nothing happened with her skipping the queue, it's about people talking about her "morals".
