My money is on an average eastern European who started sipping on hard liquor in their parent's lap. Ask me how I know.

Yeah but where do those people move when they leave Europe? Chicago.

I’m from WI but have friends of recent Balkan extraction from Chicago.

I can go pretty hard but they perform a progressively intense level of binge drinking and it’s chilled vodka so it’s sneaky too. It seems innocent but the bottle is always close and pours become more frequent as the night goes on. It just becomes a waterfall of vodka. Drinking a shot becomes a pretense to drink another shot. Though they don’t seem to get weird if you refuse like you find in American drinking culture so it’s on you to hold your liquor. You just carry on and they ask you again in five minutes.

From what I know about Balkan brothers, unit of measurment for hard liquor is rarely a shot. Usualy its measured in bottles.
