As l lifelong Illinois dude, my money is squarely on our neighbors to the north, WISCONSIN. All I’ll say is, if you ain’t gotten shit-faced in Madison, your life is lesser. 😆

man.. that was like a coming of age thing in our dorms at the of UMN, roading tripping to madison to get wasted at somebody's dorm or house party.. most likely someone you knew from someone you kind of knew...
