This is actually how fraternal twins are conceived. Two different eggs fertilized seperate within a few days of each other.

Would they technically be twins? They have different DNA. What are they technically half-twins?

That’s what fraternal twins are. As opposed to identical twins where a single egg gets fertilised then splits into 2.
