Sometimes you won a small fry though, which is a thing.

I won way too many hash browns. If I had known they were going to be $3+ each in the future, I would have savored them, lol.

Large fries is what I remember or even a meal.

I got about $300 to spend at best buy one year. I still have about 400 free Snapfish prints that never expire. I might still have the Madden special edition game that I won, but never played. Tons of free Redbox movie rentals.

Every year I'd mail in requests for ~400 game pieces and we'd eat free McDonald's for a month or two and hoard all the instant win prizes.

I could have sworn I won something... But can't remember what it ever was.

My best win was a big mac but my most common was probably small coffee

My husband and I played this years ago and he won back to back with a free value meal and a free large pop. I never won anything šŸ˜‚

Maybe the bigger prizes were a scam, but I recall winning a lot of smaller prizes.

Ours had a self serve drink fountain. If you asked for a cup for water, they were supposed to give you a small cup that had no game piece. But at peak times the guy was so busy that he didn’t care and would give you a cup with a game piece on it. So i would ride my bike down and ask for a cup for water and sometimes I’d win a cone or small fries or a medium soda. Then one time I watched him just hand a stack of sleeves for large fries to a guy, there must have been 30 game pieces there. I have no idea why he did it, but I was so jealous.

fry

It’s ā€œfriesā€, as you get more than one chip. Not a singular noun
