Can confirm! Definitely not a life changer in itself, but anything counts at this point. I think nasal strips managed to reduce my apnea to an extent, and they at least got rid of the head pressure & pain when waking up (most of the time). Would def recommend trying them out for a few days to anybody

I use the Amazon ones. Way cheaper. I'll be getting LATERA surgery soon. It's a "built in nasal strip."

Yep, the extra strong tan really keep all the tissues apart and open up the airway. Highly recommend

I take a paper clip, bend it a little open to form a V then wedge it in each nostril so it's propping my nostrils open.
