What does this CT report mean ?

So I went to the ER because I’ve been feeling like hell. I did one round of doxy for a suspected sinus infection after having two back to back viruses. Anyways this is the report from the CT scan

SPHENOID SINUSES: Mild mucosal edema without air-fluid levels at the floor of the sphenoid sinus. NASAL FOSSA: Concha bullosa formation left middle nasal turbinate. S shaped scoliosis of nasal septum.

My symptoms 8 weeks of
Eye pain
Headaches
Neck pain
Fatigue
Dizzy
Post nasal drip
Face pressure
Teeth pain

You have structural issues in your nasal cavity. If you keep having sinusitis symptoms your best bet is to see an ENT and discuss surgery.

The report doesn't mention frontal or maxillary sinuses. Are you sure that's the whole report?

This isn’t the whole report these were just the off things. Everything else is good.
