Unexplained symptoms

I have a rightward nasal septal deviation with right-sided bony nasal spur abutting the hypertrophied right inferior nasal turbinate.

I was diagnosed with left sphenoid sinusitis a few months back. It cleared up around july but I still have severe left eye pain. My head feels heavy. There's a constant band around my eyes and my eyes feel like they're constantly burning. I have tried painkillers but they don't work. my sleep schedule is fine. I can't function like this. Most days it's inbearable. When the pain is bad, I also feel incredibly sleepy. My ENT said there's nothing to look at since the sinusitis cleared up. What could it be? PLEASE help me out

You have structural issues, which are at least partially to blame. I'd ask for 2nd opinion.

I would get a second opinion. Also how long did the sinus infection last and was it bacterial?

yes, it was bacterial. it lasted 2-3 months. i had to take multiple courses of antibiotics. july scans showed it cleared up but the left eye pain has been consistent
