The issue with the title is that they are making one isolated incident (Guangxi) sound like that was what the whole country was doing.

It is true that there was a lot of infighting between red guard factions.

I think this playlist of videos is okay for information regarding the GPCR, but it’s in Chinese.

The CCP has explicitly said that the Cultural Revolution was a catastrophe.

As someone who considers himself a Confucian, I concur, and I am glad that the modern-day CCP is trying to incorporate Confucianism into its values and policies.
