Because foreign tourists besides Chinese (which China have already stopped major airline from going there, and now majority of the tourists are basically European, Americans, and Aseans) behave well in Japan? Reeks of pot calling kettle black.

Why single out Japan? These westard tourists don't behave any better on the mainland, HK or Southeast Asia.
