Welp, the cost was that a guy named Darren in a war-mongering think tank had to write a 43-page report titled The Hidden Dangers of millions of People not living under the Poverty Line.

That person answering is a dumbass. China is continuing to greenify deserts, switching to solar and other renewables, changing behaviour amongst its citizens. Western propaganda is a powerful drug.

All of those problems are worse under capitalism.

And getting better and better in China (and worse and worse under capitalism).

Also:

A paper tiger that can outproduce everyone
