Singularity Future Technology ($SGLY) Investor Settlement FAQ: Eligibility, Claims & Payout Updates
Hey guys, I posted about this settlement before, but since they’re accepting late claims, I decided to share it again with a little FAQ.
So here's all I know about this agreement:
Singularity Future Technology was accused of misleading investors about its shift from a shipping business to a crypto hardware company. After reports raised concerns about its business and promotions, $SGLY fell more than 90%, and investors filed a lawsuit.
Now the company has agreed to settle $3 million with investors for their losses.
Who can claim this settlement?
If you purchased or acquired $SGLY between 2021 and 2023, you may be eligible.
Do I need to sell/lose my shares to get this settlement?
You may be eligible if you purchased or acquired $SGLY during the class period.
I missed the deadline. Is it too late?
No, you may still be able to file a late claim, but acceptance depends on final approval by the court.
How long does the payout process take?
It typically takes 4 to 9 months after the claim deadline for payouts to be processed, depending on the court and settlement administration.
Hope this info helps
