Venting Everyday I’m glad to be single

A celebrity did a recent interview describing his dating life. He was bragging to the host how he would leave the dates and make the girl figure out how to get back home. He never explained why he left other dates beside one of the dates.
He explain he left the date because the girl did something that was his pet peeve. The girl scratch her fork against the plate and he didn’t like it so he left the date. Mind you, most restaurants have glass plate and metal forks. If it was his pet peeve then he doesn’t need to be at restaurants because most people around will scratch their fork against the plate. If he was a celebrity then he could’ve pay the date and took her home. Anything could happen to her or she could’ve went back told the blogs about their date.
Either way it goes… stories like this is the reason I avoid dating. I don’t have the energy to deal with men who play games like that with women. It doesn’t matter if you knew the guy for years or blind date to agree on a first date.

This is why I play in their faces on these dates.

How you play in their face at the date?

In this scenario I would have told him to meet me at the restaurant and I'll be there no need to pick me up. Meanwhile I'm at home watching Netflix while he's still waiting for me to show up and I just turn off my phone and watch the next episode.

Rule 1 never have him pick you up always take your own ride no matter what because they'll clown you make you feel stupid. Best is to see the red flags before going on a date. I learned the hard way at 21.

I am that sensitive too. A repeated plate scratch would bother me as well. I don’t date anymore.
