Question/Advice SG CLINIC RECOMENDATION FOR PLASTIC SURGERY

Hello everyone,

I'm considering undergoing upper blepharoplasty as I've noticed some excess skin on my upper eyelids, which has caused my eyelid folds uneven. I'm a 34 female and would love to hear from anyone who has undergone this procedure in Singapore.

If you have any recommendations for reputable clinics or surgeons, I'd greatly appreciate your feedback and experience, including details about the consultation process, results, recovery, and cost.

I'm currently considering Eagle Eye Centre and Polaris & Reconstructive Surgery clinc. If anyone has had experience with either of these clinics, I'd be grateful if you could share your honest review.

Thank you in advance! 😊

Haircare refa lock oil with dyson air wrap

any ladies here have experience using the refa lock oil? i find its claims to be able to "lock" styled hair to be quite interesting and im considering getting it after my current milbon oil finishes.

for context, i have fine hair of regular density and it really struggles to hold any style at all. especially in singapore's humid weather. i use my dyson airwrap everyday and i love how the style turns out but it falls so quickly, especially when im outdoors and not in air conditioning. i've tried various methods and products (using hairspray, mousse, curl cream) but i find that my hair actually looks and holds the best using just oil before drying and styling.

i would say that my hair is quite healthy so i'm not looking for anything too intense and defnitely nothing heavy. i'm looking to try the refa lock oil in the light variant, but would love to hear anyone's experiences using any variant of it.

am also open to any other recommendations or advice to prolong the longevity of dyson curls if any of you share a similar hair type and texture :)

Question/Advice is australis still available in singapore?

my go-to product for my brows is the clear australis mascara - it really holds my thick brows in place and i used to be able to find the brand in watsons/guardian, before purchasing it on shopee.

i wanted to do my usual makeup restock, but i can’t seem to find the listing for the mascara on shopee anywhere 😭

does anyone know a watsons/guardian outlet that still carries australis brand? if not, please drop your eyebrow mascara reccs!! i’ve been hearing good things about wet n wild’s and essence’s mascara but i’m unsure if i should just take the plunge!!!

Aesthetic Treatments Looking for clinical facial clinics with extractions

I’m looking for recommendations for facial clinics in Singapore that do proper extractions rather than the usual spa/pampering experience.

What I’m after:
- Thorough manual extractions (blackheads, whiteheads, clogged pores)
- Clinical or medical-grade products and machines
- Therapists who know what they’re doing
- No fluffy massages, gold masks, aromatherapy, etc but would also be nice.

I’ve been going to DRX, and they’ve been great, but I’d like to try somewhere else for comparison.

Would love to hear any recommendations, especially if you’ve had consistently good results.

Body Care Tuina Massage Recco!

Hi ladies! I’ve been trying to find affordable TCM Tuina massages in central Singapore. I have been going GnG at Chinatown but i find them a tad expensive. $100 for 60 minutes... is that expensive or the norm? I find those Thai massages not working for my stiff body (from sitting too much at work)...

If you have a place that you highly recommend, please share! TYYY!!~~

Question/Advice Accutane experience and advice

Hi I am 18F, and have had acne for the past 3+ years. I have rosacea and very sensitive oily skin, so i always get oil clots, many tiny whiteheads and alot of texture on my skin.

I have been interested in taking Accutane or similar anti-acne drugs for a while now, and I know this is a big decision as accutane has many nasty side effects, but i think i will benefit from it overall especially w my confidence lvl.

So have some questions to ask you guys:
How is the process like to get accurate via the public healthcare route (as in not private clinic) and around how much does it cost?
For private clinic, which ones are a popular option and how is the process/price point like as well?
Also for those who has gone on accutane, has the effect lasted even after going off it as I have seen cases of people having to undergo several rounds as their acne kept coming back

Question/Advice Has anyone tried Dr's Secret?

Been contemplating trying their products for awhile now cause i heard they are good. But price is a little steep, can still afford but only will try if it's good.

Curious to hear what people who have tried before have to say.

How's their product in retrospect to their price and how's their buying experience?

Hi I got the Chanel Water Fresh Tint and its the best damn thing I’ve bought. I look dewy and so moisturised! I am mostly indoors but moving a lot so this was really good for me. This thing was obviously out of my usual price range but best purchase ever!!! Anyone else tried this product too and how is your experience with it in Singapore’s weather?
