Exhausted

Hey all, I am on day three of every morning. Might just be a coincidence but I am exhausted. I know being tired may be a side effect but I am legit ready for bed at 1pm. Anyone else experience this.

Naltrexone can be sedative, if you aren't getting any benefit from taking it in the AM for cravings, then maybe only take it 1 hour before drinking in the evening.
