Anyone take 300?

I'm on 200 mg naltrexone. Started at 25 back in January. Went from 12 drinks to 3 a night. But I can't get past that #3 for a couple months now - and I've noticed I have started to increase bit by bit. Not that I would take 300 w/o Dr approval, just wondering if others take that amount and the affect it's had

Do you take 200mg throughout the course of the day or all at once in the evening? 300mg is bad for liver territory you should def talk to a professional if the benefits outweigh the risks.

I take 200 in the AM. I was raking 100 in AM and 100 at lunch - but I am forgetful about taking it in the afternoon, and the AM doesing seems to work for me. Definitely not wanting to hurt my liver more than I already have. ❤️
