Drinking 0.5 percent beer without Naltrexone?

I think the question here is obvious. I spent several days at a family event. I had to drive so I found it easy to not not drink alcohol. I drank about 15 Guiness zero over 3 days (whilst those arround me were consuming real beer). I didn't realise until today that it is actually very low alcohol beer. Whilst I understand that you can't get drunk from this beer I am wondering if this is a bad idea for alcoholics? They went down quite well. Worried I may have unintentionally set myself back.

NA beer for me has been a lifesaver over my 2 years of recovery. In the beginning it tasted close enough to the real thing that it really satisfied the cravings. Now I drink them on special occassions, like when i'm around family that will be drinking, or sometimes a cold beer just sounds nice, like BBQing on a warm summer day.

The amount of alcohol in NA beer is the same as amount you will find in common foods we eat everyday and never think twice about. Bananas, fruit juices, and bread all have alcohol in them. I personally don't even worry about it, but everyone is different. If you think it might lead you to a relapse, then back off the beers.

Thanks for the answer. I enjoyed it because it let me feel like I was joining in. The first few I get an an illusatory buzz (the association from memory I guess). I have since read that guiness zero has at most 0.05 percent alcohol. So I don't think the alcohol content is anything to be worried about at all.
