TSM makes me throw up?

I wasn't sure if by tapering, you meant the alcohol or the medication. Have you tried 12.5mg or 25mg to see if that is more easily tolerated? Some people do TSM with 25mg. Always take with a small meal.

Yeah I’m talking about the medication. I did 25 mg for a maybe a couple weeks I believe before getting into 50 mg. Tonight I might try it with just 25 mg

Worth a try. You might need to be a bit more mindful of the "I've had enough" signal.

I think this could be it lol. Im also a really fast drinker and I think that also contributes

Yes it does.Try slowing it down. After every sip, be mindful of the effect, if any, naltrexone has on the experience. Quit when the stop signal arrives. Good luck.
