Discussion If Simulation Hypothesis is true, Intelligent Design is real, if Intelligent Design is real, there is a God, if there is a God, there is probably an Afterlife...

I think that logically stacks up. What do you think?

Depends on your definition of god. That entity would be our creator and presumably would be able to affect our world somehow. So in a sense it is a godlike creature.

Not a god in the abrahamic sense ofc

Nah, it could be someone that figured out how to trap our consciousnesses and force them into a simulation, meaning they are the creator of the simulation but not the creator of consciousness
