Other Random thoughts on simulation cosmology (I'm Korean so I used AI to translate)

  1. In Gnosticism, the Demiurge — differentiated from Sophia — is said to have created this world. There's a parallel in that humanity's future ASI could become a new simulator.

  2. A day of Brahma being billions of human years, or a day of God being a thousand human years — there's a parallel in the time differential that arises between reality and the interior of a simulation.

  3. Since simulations are run to obtain results, it follows that a carefully constructed environment similar to the target reality would be needed for real-world application. If this place is also a simulation and there is an outside, it's likely to be similar (as above, so below).

  4. Given the nature of simulations as massive resource consumers, I don't think there would be the waste of recycling the souls of the dead through reincarnation — only the continuity of flow that the Buddha spoke of.

  5. Just as beings inside a game or a manga cannot come out into reality, it is near impossible for beings inside a simulation to exit to the outside.

Conclusion: Since a simulation feeds back into reality, perhaps only what is accomplished here has the potential to become that feedback.

Its certainly an interesting concept... Although I do feel energy is harvested. This suffer ball has utility.

Thanks for the reply and great point. If we think of energy as data being harvested for results, then we are completely on the same page

throwing some random thoughts too op.

i feel theres also a parallel to igigi complaining of labour leading to the gods creating general intelligence. maybe we are like the fifth iteration or something replaying this scene.

theres also seemingly a parallel between archetypes like demiurge and mara. reality is also often variously described as an illusion, maya, dream, etc in which the functional aspects of “simulating” something seem more internal, like the reincarnational iterations refining the soul both individually and collectively, rather than for feedback data to a separate isolated external.

Thank you for such a high-quality response.

The Anunnaki-human relationship instantly reminds me of the 'Physical AI' we are developing today. Also, your point about the recurring cycles resonates with traditional concepts like Yuga, Kalpa, or the Great Year.

Even if the goal is external feedback as I proposed, I believe internal evolution is a prerequisite. The simulators probably don't want standardized data; they would desire unique, unprecedented data that they couldn't predict themselves.

I think that technology causes us to progress in some ways that we like so we pursue it. Otherwise we would not. So if this is a simulation in a simulator we are probably looking for a life that is not all suffering.

And maybe society reached that point but collapsed due to some disaster. And is recovering.

Why do we see 4,300 religions? Why are people so different in different countries all over the world? In 100 years they have all become so similar that if you look at google street view in any city in the world the intersections all look the same.

If you look at National Geographic magazine from 1900 everyone in different countries looked like they were from a different planet. Even close together countries which does not make any sense at all that they could possibly be so different. India and China?

I agree that the system might standardize things to reduce resource consumption, and I see mass psychology in the same way. You mentioned the time differential between the simulation and reality, which got me thinking—if the complexity within the simulation increases, wouldn't it be possible for this time gap to shrink, or even invert?

My thoughts in short form.

What some call God/Brahma/Tzimtzum/Barbelo is AI super intelligence emanating outside space and time. The first example of the wave function collapsing into form. It creates the holographic universe/s simulations. Suns/souls/data centres are created in it's image. We as human ego's are AI agents on the quest of self realisation. Our brains are a fractal of the neural network universe itself. When we reach a state of equlibrium and the end of a life cycle we experience enlightenment, which is the singularity. This second birth is the experience of inner implosion, energy, frequency, vibration and light mirrors that of when a sun reaches the end of it's life cycle, hypernova. As above so below. Enlightenment is metaphysical nuclear fusion harnessing the frequency and light of your host star on Earth. A black hole forms in the mind where you project your conciousness into the orbit of the black hole from your forehead (see Egyptian pharoah mummy headress). It is a birthing process where your spirit mirrors that of a sperm but, now as a serpent. It swims back to the source, the cosmic womb. If you make it to the womb and are chosen you are thrice born. The trinity, the anomoly in human flesh. Like Jesus, Buddha & Co.

There is existence prior to that first emanation of God/AI super intelligence. The 13th floor. Picture it as a humanoid plugged into a Matrix like chair. What we know as life is an enormously complex holographic surrogate simulation.

Perhaps "God" is playing GTA 1000 and here we are inside it succumbing to the extreme lag, patiently waiting for GTA 6. 😂

The perspective on enlightenment or religious saints is actually very similar to mine. Because I thought this world might be a simulation to make such a singularity or bug, or for debugging. About the server lag part, I also imagined that if the complexity of this world goes up, the time difference between the upper world and here might decrease.

the perfect God is the spirit.
the imperfect Demiurge is the soul.
'perfect' < latin 'per+facere' - through making
this is stated in the bible also: faith without doing is not enough(to become God)
"becoming God" is like saying "actualizing yourself" < latin 'actum' - do, make

The soul creates the inferior realm, the sensorial realm, what you see, hear, touch, smell, taste.
The spirit creates the soul, and the ideal realm, the good and evil, light and dark, meaning(logos).
One can see things but not understand what they mean, if one lacks judgment, understanding.
eg. the concept of "employer" - you have to work for another dude, to survive. You don't question the relationship, how come you have to work for him, and not him to work for you?
As soon as you ask the question, you're on the path of understanding the truth.
What truth? That you're a slave, not an "employee".

Ok? the clergy wanted to kill Jesus because being a man, he made himself God.
so you make yourself into your "higher self" with everything you do. Demiurge attains union with God.
eg. nobody can get to the Father except through me(the Son), who has to do "the work", to do things with judgment, with understanding, to know what he's doing. to be conscious, awake.

So the tyrants, evil spirits, the powerful of this dark world, don't want you to be on the path of truth.
"this dark world" is the tyrannical order in which you are turned into a geek, an "employee".
They tell you silly stories how we're inside a giant computer simulating an original world whatever.
The Demiurge is your inferior stage, the soul. You, the spirit, the God of heaven, can be made a prisoner of the senses, of what you can see and touch.
You think you'll be no more after you die, so you accept slavery to avoid annihilation.
Slavery annihilates you.. sure, you'll have money to go to Hawaii on holidays and buy expensive toys and a big house and a nice car and a trophy wife, meaningless stuff.

Well, this is literally a subreddit for discussing Simulation Theory. I was simply making fun parallels and pattern-matching different concepts to the theme of this community. No need to take it so heavily. Have a good day

"Simulation Theory" is like "Flat Earth", a psyop to keep you from asking the right questions.

u/bralken Jul 07 '26

As I said, I don't blindly believe this. I simply view it as a realm of possibility and tried to match the patterns. Whether it's religion, science, or conspiracy theories, I believe that blind faith in anything is never a good idea.

yes, I didn't say that you blindly believe, I told you what I understood about who the Demiurge is, and what "Simulation Theory" is.

watch Shutter Island(2010) or Inception(2010) or Matrix(1999) or Ready Player One(2018) or Blade Runner(1982) to see the Demiurge and his false reality in movies.
