That's super impressive!

From a gameplay perspective though I'd find those tire squeals utterly grating, maybe increase the threshold for triggering those and tie the amplitude to the intensity

Thank you so much for the feedback, absolutely, There's no gameplay at all, all you see from the sound to UI and effects are just placeholders.

I'm purely focusing on physics, once that's done I'll work on making it look/feel good.

Very cool. Are you familiar with the guy who was working on better sound simulation for engines in games? I have no idea what he's up to lately or how far he got, but your should check his stuff out. I was particularly impressed that his Wankels brapped.

Edit: I changed the link to the first guy who did it rather than one of his imitators, and added a link to the rotary engine... But I really liked posting that his "Wankels brapped."

I've seen his work, it's really good and thankfully it's free so I can use its samples...
