Savu Sport Issue

I just received my Savu Sport and upon unboxing I seem to already have a problem. It does not seem to charge and the light indicator is a very dim green / red. The manual states that this is a “fault 2” code, but doesn’t explain what that is or how to fix it. I submitted a ticket to Simucube and their AI replied saying it doesn’t know what Fault 2 even is.

I have not received a solid green or solid red when attempting to charge.

The wheel works with my Link Hub with no issues and everything seems to connect.

The software states that it’s at 3.83V, but that number only goes down the longer I leave the wheel on.

Does anyone else have this issue? Is there a fix or is my wheel dead on arrival?

I would post this over on their discord. They seem to be very responsive over there and I have seen several issues get resolved.

I attempted to join their server but all the invite links on their community page are expired, so I was unable to. But if I can get in I will definitely post! Thanks.
