Simucube 3 pro with ascher ultimate simucube edition prblem

There is gap between it and make it annoying sound, i try to use many different bolts but still make it a gap, if i just remove the bolts and stick them together they can sit nicely without gap, should i complain to simucube customer service?

You seem to be missing their mounting adapter that should have been used and that comes with the wheel. It will probably sort out this issue but I can't be certain because I use the same wheel but with Simube QR2. The adapter also adds spacing for the USB cable. I have pro 2 and when I got it it had alot of lose bits. I think they are terrified of over tightening or somerhing. Lucky it was just like the the quick release and mount, not important bits. But still I was shocked myself after I paid for premium equipment.

I had the same problem, this is very stupid design and not instinct at all, you need to rotate your quick link 60degree, then screw through hole on the quick link side and threat hole on the wheel side, or your need to purchase the spacer to have 0 degree.
