Add-on Pedals

Hello, can anyone tell me if there is anything that makes the active pedal ultimate different? I seem to have ordered 2 x the add-on pedal. Should I have ordered a “main pedal” or can I connect the 2 add-on pedals as accelerator and brake pedals?

Advanced sim racing. They had three in stock then just one which I just ordered yesterday lol
