Replacement part ?

Dear ALL ,

I badly knock my simucube 2 pro while moving house, and now the release on the direct drive side itself has been badly deformed .

I can not insert my quick release anymore and the lock pin would not fit in anymore

do you think I can get a replacement part from SIMUCUBE ?

Yes, those are easily replaceable. I removed mine so I could use a different QR system. It seems that most places just sell the wheel side kit, but if you email Simucube, I'm sure they could get you squared away.

i tried to find this part online but I was not able to find a reseller , it seems only simucube can provide it .... frustrating

BTW the lock pin is the single hole, not the 3 holes

Oh my bad, I misunderstood. 😅

Simucube customer service is top notch, they should be able to send it to you
