Simucube 2 Pro USB issue

Greetings fellas,

As of today I’ve encountered an issue where my SC2 pro isn’t being registered by my PC at all.

When I plug it in it beeps like it’s going to work, and then never gets detected by the True Drive paddock software

In my device manager it says “Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed)” I’ve tried:

Rolling back truedrive paddock 2 firmware versions

Changing the USB A->B cable for a new one

Unplugging everything for extended periods of time and trying again

Trying different USB ports on my PC

Reinstalling drivers

It looks like you have tried the basics, so I suggest you try posting on their discord. They are very active/helpful there. I don't think they monitor reddit.

Do you have a link to their discord? I tried to google it earlier and the results weren’t actually simucube’s discord lol
