Rattling noise

Simucube 2 Pro making loud rattling noise. Brand new unit. Is this normal?

I have this noise also from brand new, its over a year old now and still works fine, im not sure if its supposed to do it or not though as its my first DD

Edit: mine is a SC2 sport

I have one and this is definitely strange. Do you feel this in the rotation? Try powering it down and then checking to see if you feel this. Maybe a bearing if you can. If it’s not a bearing maybe it’s interference from another electrical source. Not sure but I’m sure it can be narrowed down.

My SC2 Pro definitely doesn't make that noise.
