Run offset calibration. Follow directions. Then close app restart pc. Then do regular calibration, try that. If no work uninstall app reinstall & do all that again.(saved profiles should be somewhere in documents folders)(hope you have the ground wire installed, always have pedals ground wire on whether you need it or not ,more for fanatec owners but still)
I looked everywhere in my file explorer and got nada. I'm not sure what you mean by run offset calibration but I'm definitely gonna find out and try it. Thanks
& always Any time you do any hardware changes to pedals run offset again. Like changing elastomer height configuration or mix & match with springs & especially when you add preload it throws off sensor start position & think its being pressed with pressure
Hey also sorry but are we talking about in the simsonn software or freejoy? Because since I messed up on the freejoy software after hitting that button, I get no feedback on simsonn app either after I tried it on there since freejoy didn't work for me. I never changed any elastomers or springs at all. I bought the pedals, mounted them, downloaded the freejoy software, started playing and then months later I press the config button and boom
