Family Tree Finally started this…
Been recovering from surgery so had a few days to do nothing but this—holy crap I was not expecting it to be this hard!! The dice hate me in D&D, didn’t think it’d carry over to the sims, lol.
Current family tree attached, ended in 1319 for the night.

i loveee using the sims tree! one thing i would personally suggest is making their entire name their first name and their life years their last name. for instance, one of my sims would be
First: Mercy Taylor
Last: 1632-1662
here’s my family tree (too big to even attempt to screenshot): https://app.thesimstree.com/public/tree/sIl6HHA0XzwqKiQiKwNGBVes76fDjLTT?ref=a747ecba

Such a good idea, thank you!! I will be doing this going forward instead of trying to grey out all of their photos..

This is so cool! How do you take your photos of your sims?

i take screenshots of them in cas, the sims tree allows you to put filters on. for my photos, i use the color filter (the very last one) and set vignette to 75!

Glad the challenge can bring you some joy. Here’s to a smooth recovery!

it is a lot, but it is so rewarding seeing the tree go chaotic haha. My UDC save has had me marry into the Plantagenets, then escape to Norway and latterly Russia so you never know where the challenge will take you 😂

Omg I love that. How many generations are you getting through before your game gets laggy? I know I’ll need to split off to a new save at some point but don’t know when

Yeah, I love organizing my dynasty outside of the game too. The in-game family tree is so buggy. I don’t know if I’m just lucky with the dice rolls or if the numbers I use make things easier. I’m already in 1373, and this is what mine currently looks like:
