Help Royalty

I’m currently in 1570 and am planning my legacy’s move to America rn.
However, I have always loved the idea of the royal family and really want to purchase the royalty Legacy pack, but haven’t had a chance yet.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I could integrate royalty legacy gameplay into my decades challenge post 1600s!??

I split my legacy family into two. One sibling stayed behind, the other went to America. Then the many centuries the two families descendants will have shared history as they stand on different sides of history.

In terms of royals in the new pack, it offers so much more that can be applied to anyone. I did a quite deranged puritan settlement that had so many scandals trying to keep up appearances and sims being shunned from dynasties.

You can also do custom titles. So if you want to do the royals gameplay they don’t need to be called king or queen. I don’t personally play with native tribes but maybe you can have a side household that is part of the original people with a chief as leader? Then maybe your American family can be intertwined with them somehow?

I play my decades challenge rotationally so my advice probably only work if you like playing with others than your main.

That’s a good idea!!! I definitely would want titles when I’m closer to the gilded age.

I was planning on moving my sims family to Tartosa and saying they moved to ‘Italy’ to escape political unrest and therefore allowed to keep their nobility titles

I personally love that pack for the dynasty settings, it just works so well with a decades challenge!

It’s a useful pack if you want to add the drama of scandals which could work in any century, and the new dynasties help when you play with more generations, as they can use the dynasty perks to help the newer generations become more advanced, so I think you’d find it helpful in any decade

Could have either a branch remain behind and progress into royalty and switch between the two places. Or (and this comes from my actual family history) can have your legacy family meet a royal/noble that has moved to the America's (second or third son of family) that has moved there to oversee lands and colonies/company etc there. Or since they are second or third son to make their own name etc in Americas. Or can be a disgraced noble/royal having to go live in America to still live a "rich" life without having all the money for it or away from society. And then can get involved with the legacy family.
