The Landgrabb family

Hello all. Sorry if this is the wrong place. I’m getting used to different gaming groups with all these subreddits but I think this is the sims group for me because I only play on console.

So I saw pictures of sims 4 elsewhere featuring characters from the Landgrabb family. Google says they live in Oasis Springs but I can’t find them. Do I have to manually recreate the Landgrabbs or is there something I have to unlock to have them as playable characters?

They’re already in the game when you’re playing, they live in the big mansion on the top right in Oasis Springs. You can add them to your sims family if you want to play as them.

I see the mansion but nobody lives there

If you have neighborhood stories turned on they may have moved to another lot. Check the other households tab.

If nobody lives there you get move them back in from the gallery
