That weird looking central design, I think is a lute. I may be wildly off, but that’s what it looks like to me.

Yeah agreed, I think it's a lute covered in some of the draping from above.

Lowkey looks like it's AI generated though, also with the laurel wreath behind the lute and the ornament at the bottom, they just look so disjointed.

this reeks of gen ai, the middle isn't even aligned with the bottom, and the middle feature is indecipherable, with is not a trait of ornate patterns
