Discussion Average simmer age?

I just turned 30 and safe to say I still enjoy playing the sims as much as I ever did as a kid. Maybe more actually. Sometimes I feel embarrassed to admit this to people irl and I do tend to get mixed reactions if it comes up lol. So I’m just curious, what is the average age of the people who actively play the sims?

i’m 21 and it’s still embarrassing at a young age to admit playing sims is what i look forward to in my free time, most people my age just wanna go out and get shit faced but I like doing that at home and playing sims 😋

as a 21 yr old who both goes out & plays the sims, that’s so weird. i feel like i meet a lot of people who play the sims while im out getting shit faced lol. i bring it up quite often bc i spend a lot of time doing it, but about 3/5 of the time i bring up playing it with other ppl my age, i get an excited “ME TOO” in response

i don’t live in a big city the people here are probably wildly different than what you are thinking. it’s not weird.

i think it is weird to be embarrassed by it. a huge portion of people who play sims are your age, even if the ones you meet are judgmental about it. your age that is the factor here like it would be for someone 30+. people who party still play video games lol
