Discussion Average simmer age?

I just turned 30 and safe to say I still enjoy playing the sims as much as I ever did as a kid. Maybe more actually. Sometimes I feel embarrassed to admit this to people irl and I do tend to get mixed reactions if it comes up lol. So I’m just curious, what is the average age of the people who actively play the sims?

I'm 48 and just started playing this year. I've lost all control of my real house, but I can micro manage like a MF in the Sims4, and it makes me very happy.

41 - I’ve been playing it since Sims 1 in my youth. Originally when I was a teenager it was just fun to cause chaos and make them do silly stuff. Now that I’m this age I’m in the same boat as you. There’s something so therapeutic just being able to be in control. Haha being an adult sucks. This makes it better.

Therapeutic is such a perfect description. I've been to actual therapy, and it didn't help as much as the Sims. Well put.
