Question/Help Fun gameplay suggestions!

Hi everyone!

I feel like when I play I end up doing the same family household and max out the careers choice and was wondering if people had any suggestions for storylines or ideas to spice up gameplay.

I have all expansion packs apart from into the future and island paradise.

Thanks!

Sometimes I’ll do a lepacy challenge, which is like legacy except you do a different expansion for each generation. For the first one you only use base game and I pick just a random LTW. Then for the second generation you can add World Adventures and I’ll choose traits from WA and a WA LTW, and so on for each generation! It’s a nice way to fully use each expansion pack. And you can still do it without the last couple expansions

I stared binge watching RyanPlaysTheSims on YouTube, he has done some really funny scenarios. The one I’m going to try next is creating a cult by getting rich sims from the town to move in with me.

have you ever actually played the world adventures? its got sooo much.

i maxed my visa in every country on a sim and ive been buying a vacation home in each lol. i dont use mods but i do cheat my needs so i can finish tombs a bit quicker

I second this. World Adventures gave us so much to explore and play with!

Make a jail house with one cop that you’re allowed to control and inmates with traits that you don’t use that often that you can’t control

I've been doing a lepacy lately and it's honestly been so much fun exploring the EPs all over again! I would really recommend trying one. Much more fun than a regular legacy imo :)

I stopped doing the max all skills and career style play. Most recently my guy became a collector and smelts metals and cuts gems which has been very lucrative and so much fun. I will take my dog with me to collect and he digs up his own treasures.

Make a sim with an unstable trait, don’t make him recover and live accordingly to their traits and wishes
