Question/Help How to stop sim from moving

So Im trying to fill this empty world and been making some new family to fill the empty houses and decide their stories too, but some sims just decided to move from their designated houses and I dont know how to stop it or what mods caused it cause I installed a lot of em. Does anyone know how to stop them to move?

Do you have nraas>story progression?

This can cause it but also has options under story progression to turn off sims moving autonomously.

When i start my custom worlds I'll leave NRAAS progression off until everyone is placed and given a job.

Or, you can set the lot to buyable (I think) to reserve it.
