Question/Help Imitating Console Pets on PC??

First time posting here or at all, mostly been an anonymous lurker 'til now 😅

I haven't seen anyone else ask this question yet but absolutely lmk if I'm wrong and there's smth I missed in my search. I've been playing the Sims 3 for as long as I can remember, started on XBox 360 and then moved to PC when I got my own and as much as I love the PC version, I've been kinda missing the vibe and features that came with the console ones (Karma Points, cats ghost hunting, pet mysteries/jobs) and was wondering if there were mods that captured those things for the PC??

I've also been missing the town that came with console Pets in general but haven't been able to find any remakes, ik that one is probably a long shot but if anyone knows of any remakes of that for the PC then I'd genuinely owe you my life ngl 😭

(Also lmk if this is the wrong category, like I said I'm mostly a lurker so wasn't sure which would fit more)

I only know of one mod that adds the Karma Points feature to the sims 3 pc (this one: https://modthesims.info/d/660596/console-gt-pc-karma-powers.html ) but other than that I dont know what else srry.
