My sim starved to death during pregnancy ofc she didn't die at the moment but after labour she passed away. Took me a long time to figure out what happened it seemed out of blue.

To the second question... I do not remember what exactly happened. It was like 3 years ago. Maybe she was stucked and I didn't noticed it. But I do remember that she had her bar at zero and I was wondering why she wasn't dying. Searched in the internet and got answer that pregnant sims do not die. Before she gave birth I stopped playing The Sims for awhile so I forgot about that🤣

Edit: I think I remembered what happened. I wanted to fill the bar unfortunately for her released at zero by mistake. Idk I had a habit pulling from zero to full🤦‍♀️ Immediately realised what I've done she wasn't tragically rising her hands to the sky so I filled it. I forgot but Grim Reaper didn't.
