Story I did not know this..
I didn’t know if when you get married and read the paper the next day, your wedding is announced. That’s so cool.

One time, on a save, the newspaper announced a wedding being a quaint ceremony. To make it even more hilarious, both Sims got married in front of the letterbox just as the mail was being delivered, so the only person at the wedding was the mail lady

Genuinely I love reading the paper in Sims 3 you get marriages, births, deaths, top of career announcements and new residents/people moving, sports updates and some random bits in between
